Working closely with you and establishing a detailed brief, our experienced staff will conduct Mechanical and Electrical visual surveys of the building, prepare initial block and space plans and prepare and present an outline scope of works to make the best and most creative use of the available space. Client liaison is essential, ensuring that we react to any revisions and amendments as they arise.
