Programme Development & Control

At the tender stage and before any work begins, we will produce an initial programme, based on the scope of work. This is discussed and developed with our project design team and a cost plan will be produced to reflect your requirements before the works proceed. All elements from procurement and initial site set up, through to the construction phase and finishes and furniture, will be identified and sequenced.

From our start on site the programme is consistently monitored and adjusted to reflect your instructions and changing needs in order for us to deliver the completed project within the agreed time period. This includes items of work completed during normal working hours or evenings and weekends, if required, to cause minimal disruption to your business.
