Pre-Construction Management

Our pre-construction managers liaise closely with our designers to produce a detailed programme of works, reporting schedule and Method Statement for each project. Their experience allows them to rapidly identify materials and component flow schedules, recognising those products which require advance ordering and therefore ensuring projects never fall behind.

They keep a keen eye on practicalities, advising on the ‘buildability’ of each project, monitoring all suggested alterations resulting from any changes in scope of works, and ensuring work progresses in the most efficient way possible – in both time and money.

Drawing from our team of tried and tested sub-contractors, we will initially tender and then appoint the most competitive and experienced among them to ensure the perfect fit for each individual project and client. All working drawings are regularly inspected and we make regular visits to site and suppliers in order to monitor progress and confirm that quality is of a consistently high standard.

All of our managers are on-hand throughout each project to advise on any practical questions our clients may have, whether it’s a query about timescale or methodology. And they’re not just practical, they’re sensitive too, always making every effort to keep noise to a minimum and arranging the most efficient routes to access our clients’ buildings for deliveries, keeping disturbance and inconvenience to an absolute minimum.
