Detailed Design

Once initial space plans have been produced and an outline design agreed in principal with our clients, our dedicated designers proceed to develop a clear, creative and detailed design package, which allows us to construct the interior.

In order to produce the clearest and most practical design possible, we maintain close client communication at all times, in addition to liaising with the relevant Local Authority or an Approved Inspector to ensure compliance with all current Statutory Regulations.

Every building is individual and every one of our designs is bespoke; this is reflected in our visualisations, which clearly outline the unique design details required for each project. These are combined with detailed plans, sections and elevational drawings.

Our detailed designs also incorporate all things mechanical and electrical. This includes any alterations to existing, new or supplementary fresh air/comfort cooling, or air-conditioning, and power and data solutions. We’ll also analyse all high level electrical requirements, some of the most important being fire alarm systems and sprinklers. When taking lighting into consideration, we’ll place all fittings in the most intelligent locations, ensuring that maximum use is made of natural light throughout. Any changes to electrical systems strictly adhere to all the current building regulations.

To help you understand the entire design, we combine all the above details with full finishes schedules and material sample boards which will match the agreed specifications of works and costs.
