When it comes to pricing and budgets, apatite4 is proud of its integrity. Unlike many of our competitors, we present our Clients with honest and realistic costings from the outset. You won’t find us offering rock bottom prices at our initial pitch, only to add incremental extras to cover costs you were unaware of at a later stage. It is our responsibility to maintain maximum quality within your budget and we take this very seriously - no one likes nasty surprises!

Many of our clients find, as the work and design progresses, they want to implement new ideas and changes and to ensure the design is closely linked to the cost of the project; a constant financial review of the works will be undertaken. This allows us to cost the design at each stage, eliminating the possibility of runaway costs and providing absolute financial clarity to our clients at every stage of the process.

We also recognise the importance of recruiting the best sub-contractors available to complete our client’s projects and will allocate companies from our database according to their competitiveness of price and high standards that are as consistent as our own. apatite4 co-ordinate and monitor sub-contractors closely throughout the whole process, ensuring a procurement process within budget and on time.

apatite4 are happy to work with a client appointed Building Surveyor or PQS to oversee our cost control throughout the project at all stages.
