If you’re planning to relocate you office, apatite4 can advise you on the actual office space you require. We will carry out a visual inspection of the chosen building and carry out check surveys or detailed surveys, as required. Involving apatite4 at the earliest point of your decision will streamline the process and will ensure you have the right office and the right space for your requirements.

We will effectively identify any space restrictions, for example column spacing and window mullions, and will study the landlord’s Operation & Information manuals in order to establish any fire zoning restrictions that could have an impact on the design and fit-out of your new premises. Our team will also investigate the existing refurbishment specification, such as lighting solutions, raised floors and suspended ceilings etc. We’ll get to know your proposed new space so well we can later mould it to your exact specifications.

When identifying space standards, we look closely at each business, recognising the importance of inter-departmental relationships and account hierarchy, so that space can be best manipulated to fit the chosen brief. Liaising closely with clients, we will produce an initial Block Plan to ascertain how the requirements most appropriately fit into the chosen space, later developing these into space analysis, visual plans and initial conceptual details for your approval.
