Mark Tatam: Managing Director

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, the last 17 years specialising in interior refurbishment, Mark started work at Costain Plc in 1988, and more recently spent 15 years at Connaught Mason working on both design and build and traditionally procured projects ranging in value from £200,000 to £20 million.

Mark Costanzo: Director

Having working in the industry for 20 years, Mark's experience is second to none. His passion for architecture and design started at school which he then went on to complete an Art Foundation, HND and BA Hons in Design. Mark's career in design and refurbishment has encompassed many of the large companies within the industry. He brings an eye for detail, bundles of creativity and adds va va voom to even the smallest project.

Carl Alford: Director

Carl has over 24 years' experience in interior design, refurbishment and associated industries. Starting his career in building and land surveying in 1986, Carl progressed to architecture in 1987, working for MDG, dealing with major retail and commercial projects. Using these skills and experience, Carl moved into interiors in 1991 as an interior designer specializing in commercial interior design and build projects. Carl was appointed as Design Director at Connaught Mason in 1998 and since moving to apatite4 as an Account Director, has created key client relationships, managing all aspects of design and build, including feasibility, design, regulatory consultation, specification and cost analysis.

Robert Horvarth: Non-Executive Director

Robert Horvath has had various roles within the construction industry over the last 20 years. A founding director of ISG plc, the Aim listed interior fit out business where he was the Group Managing Director, Robert has held various Chief Executive, Non-Exec and Chairman roles. He is currently advising the government on the procurement and construction of its new Defence Technical Training Academy.

Martin Logan: Senior Contracts Manager

Martin has 35 years experience in the building industry as commercial and contract management. His experience covers an extensive range of areas including shell & core, refurbishment and interior fit-out and specialising in telecoms, roll-out, retail and commercial office environments.
